1. Booking and Deposit
The full fee of the class is required to secure your booking. Your reservation is confirmed once the payment is made.

2. Cancellations
– Payments are non-refundable if you cancel your booking or decide not to attend.
– Bookings are unique to the person making the booking and are not transferable.
– If the class is cancelled by the Magical Cafe due to unforeseen circumstances you will receive a full refund.

3. Miscellaneous
– Items belonging to the Magical Café that participants use during the group class remain the property of the Magical Cafe.
– Any damage or extra cleaning costs caused during the event may be billed to you.
– The Magical Cafe is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

4. Legal Considerations
– This agreement is governed by Swiss law.
– Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Switzerland.
– Neither party is liable for cancellations due to unforeseen events like extreme weather or emergencies.
