Arthur Quinn GmbH, operating under the brand name Magical Café manages website
www.magicalcafe.ch (the “site”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use,
and disclosure of personal information we receive from users of the site. We use your personal
information only for providing and improving the site. By using the site, you agree to the collection
and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information collection & use
While using our site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information
that can be used to contact you back in regards to any contact form enquiries you submit, or to process
and fulfil your order/booking. This personally identifiable information includes:

• Your email address
• Your home address
• Your telephone number
• Your country/region
• Your billing address
• Transactional data (purchase information)

The customer can choose to make a birthday party reservation on-line via the Magical Café website.
The Magical Café partners with Roller Networks Pty Ltd to process on-line birthday party reservations
and bookings. Similarly, a customer that would like to order a cake, cupcakes or other specialty food
items, can make their booking on-line; this process is managed by service provider Lightspeed. When
you place a booking with us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, address, email
address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username
and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:
• Proceed with your booking
• Send you information about your booking
• Respond to your requests in regards to your booking
• Process payments
• Comply with any legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes
• Improve our offerings
• Send you marketing messages, if you choose to receive them
We will not share your personal information with other individuals or companies without your
permission, including public organizations, corporations or individuals. We do not sell, communicate
or divulge your information to any mailing lists. In the case of birthday party reservations and

We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for
which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we
will store order information for a minimum of 6 years for tax and accounting purposes.
We will also store comments or reviews, if you choose to leave them.

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our site
(“log data”). In addition, we use Google Analytics to collect, monitor and analyze this.
