Update: the sale is postponed to December 5 and grouped with the second-hand toy sale.
Our second-hand children’s book sale is back on Friday, November 21.
Make room for new stories, give books a second life, and save on your next cupcake or cake order!
Looking for new treasures? Explore a cheerful selection of second-hand children’s books full of tales to pass on, all available at friendly prices.
This year, the book sale will also help us refresh the playroom with new toys, better gear, and joyful surprises for your little ones.
Here’s how the sale works:
Please help us keep the logistics simple and stress-free:
- Bring the books you wish to sell at the Magical Cafe by November 19.
The earlier, the better! Put all toys in a bag or box with your name and phone number labelled on it. - What books can you sell?
Only children books in good condition. We accept books in English, German, Spanish and French. - Your sales contribute to an upgrade of our playroom.
A 1 CHF commission per book helps us improve our magical space with fresh gear and playful touches for your little ones and the whole community. You receive the rest as a voucher valid on your next cake or cupcake order (min. 100 CHF). - Don’t forget to collect your voucher and/or unsold books starting December 2.
Any items not picked up by the end of December will be donated.
